When you say Firefox 23, do you mean the latest stable release? If so, that is Firefox 25 for Fedora. Are you sure you have the latest Firefox update?
If so, try downgrading to Firefox 24, and see if that makes a difference.
If you are not sure about what you are running, then you are best off uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Sudden cardiac arrest has a high incidence in the United States and is a major cause of death. Early defibrillation is a well-recognized means for survival. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a technique for improving the likelihood of survival in patients who have cardiac arrest; and defibrillation can be performed during CPR. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is sometimes termed cardiopulmonary support.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is described in the following: ROSC—Survival after Cardiac Arrest (1997), Compression Cardiovascular Resuscitation—1998, Science 1992, 251(5071):1416-1421.
A transvenous defibrillation lead is described in U.S. Pat. No. 6,257,106 to Lesnick et al.
As for a defibrillator, U.S. Pat. No. 5,957,988 to Cudert describes a defibrillator for continuous monitoring of the heart activity, with electrocardiogram (ECG) electrodes and pacemaker electrodes. The defibrillator is designed to check the heart activity.
As for an ECG monitor, U.S. Pat. No. 4,355,660 to Turner et al. describes an apparatus for transmitting cardiac electrical activity of a patient, including electrodes attached to the patient, and for receiving and amplifying a reply.
As for an implantable defibrillator, U.S. Pat. No. 6,117,101 to Adams et al. describes a defibrillator for continuous monitoring of the heart activity, with electrocardiogram (ECG) electrodes and pacemaker electrodes.
As for a defibrillator, U.S. Pat. No. 4,064,347 to Bechtol describes a defibrillator for detecting cardiac be359ba680
